SR-Copolymer is a styrene base polymer with an optimized molecular weight to be used in different applications such as liquid fabric wash, Detergent cake, laundry additives, industrial and institutional detergents. It is available In liquid form.
Dosages:
For addition to the Acid slurry based detergent cake, add 1kg SR-Copolymer mixed into the amount of clean water (as specified by the manufacturer) with each 100kg Batch.
SR-Copolymer is a styrene base polymer with a selected molecular weight around 2100 in order to optimize the following properties.
Anti-precipitation:
SR-Copolymer will increase the solubility of precipitating salts by the threshold effect. This allows reducing in the wash bath precipitation of inorganic salts (carbonates, phosphates, sulphates of Ca and Mg).
Crystal distortion:
This polymer gets entrapped into crystal lattices, preventing their growth and facilitating their breakage. This minimizes adherence of salts on surfaces and facilitates their elimination by rinsing.
Dispersing properties:
This polymer is a good dispersant for soils and will help to prevent they're redeposited ion on surfaces.
Processing aids:
The polymeric and chemical nature of SR-Copolymer will bring binding properties which can be useful in several detergent manufacturing processes especially table ting.
ORPLAST S4 should be used after dissolving in water. After adding half of the necessary water to the cement, dissolving the admixture in the rest of the water improves the plasticizing effect. If it is necessary to add the admixture directly on fresh concrete, the mixing time should be adequate in order to ensure homogeneity.

Caustics should be added slowly to a water premix containing polymer to avoid high pH gradients. Prevents the redeposition of clay sink onto the fabric or hard surface by keeping the particles suspend.

SR-1708 is a high-performance synthetic additive in liquid form. It is an environmentally compatible, high performance, multipurpose conditioner for rheology control in Detergent powder and cake.
SR-1708 is a new generation conditioner developed from the liquid polymeric deflocculant for fresh and saltwater mixer, especially at elevated temperatures of 450 ‘F and above. A primary application is in the fresh and brackish water of low to intermediate density. The special feature of SR-1708 is its excellent tolerance of salt, calcium and other contaminants.
In environmentally sensitive areas, SR-1708 simplifies wastewater treatment and reduces compliance costs because it is essentially none polluting in the low concentration. The product does not contain chromium or other metal salts. Further, it is free sulphite origin by-products common in conventional mud thinners and deflocculants.
Dosages:
200 ml effective concentration for Detergent powder and 300 ml for the Detergent cake of each 100kg Total volume of the batch. It is 7 times as effective as chrome lignosulphonate, that is, one pound of SR-1708 replaces up to 7pounds of lignosulphonates.
