Natural Viscosifier Cum Fluid Loss Control is a polymer for core drilling, water well drilling, oil and seismic shot hole drilling. Lower solids drilling fluids based on polymer Viscosifiers have been successfully used for many years, and their effectiveness in increasing drilling rates are well documented. SR-MOLDSIN effectively reduces the API filtration rate of many water-based oil and gas drilling fluids and may also be used to increase and stabilize the viscosity to improve hole cleaning and suspension properties in a wide variety of fluid environments. Because it is effective at low concentrations, It’s regular provides a cost-effective mean of improving drilling fluid performance. In many drilling operations XC polymer, are normally used to viscosity drilling fluids applied for drilling section between 500/1000 m – 2500/3000m. SR-THINNER is a high-performance synthetic polymer in liquid form. It is an environmentally compatible, high performance, multipurpose mud conditioner for rheology control in water-based muds.
SR-THINNER is a new generation mud conditioner developed from the liquid polymeric deflocculant for fresh and saltwater muds, especially at elevated temperatures of 450 ‘F and above. The primary application is in fresh and brackish water muds of low to intermediate density. A special feature of SR-THINNER is its excellent tolerance of salt, calcium and other contaminants. In environmentally sensitive areas, SR-THINNER simplifies wastewater treatment and reduces compliance costs because it is essentially non polluting in the low concentration. The product does not contain chromium or other metal salts. further, it is free sulphite origin products common in conventional mud thinners and deflocculant.
SR-THINNER drilling fluid retains a light colour and has water clear filtrate. This simplifies mud filtrate analysis. Reserve pits stay clear and clean. It is effective in the concentration of 0.2 to 2.5 ppm depending upon the degree of deflocculation, high-temperature stability and fluid loss control required. In general, heavyweight muds will require a higher concentration than unweighted muds. It is 7 times as effective as chrome lignosulphonate, that is, one pound of SR-THINNER replaces up to 7pounds of lignosulphonates.
